Disney Has Gluten Free Options!

Did you know that if you or a loved one have any food allergies that Disney has some of the best food accommodations to meet your needs? All of the Disney restaurants have gluten-free options along with some dairy free options as well. All you have to do is ask for a gluten free menu when you arrive and they’ll go over everything with you! Table service restaurants will even send out the chef to talk with you.

Inside tip: Order your food first so it can be prepared while everyone else is still deciding.
